This little resin doll is named America Morrison. She was sculpted and sent to Asia to be reproduced in mid-summer ... long before September 11, 2001 .. but her Americana theme is even more poignant now. Eventually our vision for the piece is to have her family surrounding her. Each piece will be sold individually, so you can add to the series. There will be a little sister, Mom and Dad, and a cat. A small story book is also in the works, telling about the family. America Morrison is a happy, safe little girl who is being raised to live the American Dream. Taught about justice, truth, and beauty by her family, this little girl is learning about the unlimited potential about our great world. Today, America shares with her best friend, Sam, a special story she has written about how important family is. And tomorrow, she will teach us many other really important things through small story books that can be read to children.
